Because our products are made from natural wood, each piece is unique.
You acknowledge and agree that:

• Wood grain, knots, color, and texture will naturally vary.

• These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

• Product images may not exactly match the item delivered.

Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer

All products must be used only as intended.
For wall-mounted products:

• Install only on the wall type specified in the product description.

• Follow all installation instructions.

• Incorrect installation or misuse may cause injury or property damage.

Stokecraft LLC is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper installation.

Orders & Payment

• Payment is collected in full at checkout.

• We accept online card payments through our secure checkout system.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.

• Orders ship within five (5) business days of purchase.

• Delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

1. Email info@stokecraftco.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

   • The damaged/defective product

   • The shipping box and packaging

Replacements may be denied if the required information is not provided.

All Sales Final – No Returns

All products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged item (see Section 8).
